Step 1 : Find Your Dream Tattoo Design
You Know What You Are Looking For!
All tattoo designs available in our site has been catalogued in a way to make it easy for you to find what you are looking for. All you have to do is locate the "Tattoo Search Engine" on the left side of every page. You cant miss it. It has a bright yellow background :). If you have a particular type of tattoo design in mind (i.e Celtic, lower back etc.) then sinply type this into the keyword input box. If you want to further filter your search, you can do so by selecting a popular tattoo artist from the drop down list. And also specify if your search should be on color tattoo designs or black & white tattoo designs.
You Don't Know What You Are Looking For!
If you don't have a general idea of what type of tattoo design you want, then simply click the SEARCH button on the "Tattoo Search Engine" and we will list all the designs we have have. The result will show 16 tattoos per page and you can browse through the results by clicking "Previous" or "Next" links
The Search Result Thumbnails
Results for your search will show thumbnails of the tattoo design with a "Add To Basket" link right below each of them. To get a closer look of a tattoo design, click on the thumbnail and you will be taken to a page where you can see a more detaied close look at that design.
Step 2 : Download And Print It
So You Found Something You Like!
When you have found a tattoo design you like, simply click the "Add To Basket" link when you are at the thumbnail search result page, or the "Add To Your Downloads" Button on the detailed view page. Either will place your design in your "Download Basket". From the Download Basket page you can click on the "Find Another Cool Design" Button to return to your search results and select another design.
Take Your Download Basket To The Nearest Checkout!
When you are satisfied with your selection of great tattoo designs, click on the "CHECKOUT" button on the download basket page. (If you are not there, you can get to your basket by clicking the "View basket" link located on the Top Right corner of every page). The Enter Your name and a VALID email address, and click next. Your basket will be processed and a Order Number will be assigned to it. Then Click the "MAKE PAYMENT NOW" button. You will be securely transferred to PAYPAL (Our Payment Processor) where you can complete the payment. Once the payment is completed you will be automatically transferred to your download page where you will find download links to all your tattoo designs. Note : Dont move away or refresh this page untill you have downloaded all the files as this page will expire after it's been viewied once. This is to avoid people stealing images.
The Download Page
You are almost there! Read the instructions on this page and scroll down to find the download links. RIGHT CLICK on the link (one at a time) and select "SAVE TARGET AS" and choose a location in your PC to save the file. Repeat this to get all your downloads. Once you have them in your PC. You can just double click on that file to view it and print. If you want to edit them or resize them use you favourite photo editing software. Alternatively your tattoo artist will be able to do this for you.
Dont Forget The Line Art Stencil
Why Is a Stencil So Important?
In fact, the stencil is the most important part of a tattoo design. When a good tattoo design artist creates a design, he will also create a matching line art stencil. When you are getting tattooed, a stencil is directly applied to your skin. Then the tattoo artist use something called the "liner" to set the stencil permenantly into your skin. Then he will use the color reference of the tattoo design to apply the shades. Dont buy into anyone who is going to do a inferior line art stencil off a color design or a hand traced copy from it. Always get the ORIGINAL STENCIL which was done by the artist who created the beautifull design itself. Trying to copy or hand trace a stencil is the number one reason for bad tattoos.
